Uniting With Those Who Believe

Coming together with others who are pure in heart and believe that the universe responds to the power of numbers is crucial.  Many times we become paranoid about who is for us and who is against us, but our only concerned should be if we are (more…)

What To Do While Waiting #6:Declaring Our Intentions

October 6, 2010 Ready for Change Declaring Our Intentions
There comes a point in most of our lives when we feel ready to experience a change we’ve had trouble carrying out. Maybe we’ve been stuck in a home, a relationship, job, or a town that hasn’t felt right for a long time, but we’ve been unable to shift our circumstances in the direction we want to go. At times like this, it can help to declare to the universe that we are ready for a change. Think of it as informing a helpful friend that you need her assistance to move to the next level in your life. If the time is right, the universe will respond with opportunities and offers designed to help you create the change you wish to see.
If you want to produce change in your life, take the time to declare it to the universe in whatever way feels right.

You can begin the process of making your declaration by getting clear within yourself about what exactly you want to change. Whenever we ask anyone for help, they can assist (more…)

“Nature does not hurry…yet everything is accomplished.” ~ Lao Tzu

Whatever you have been waiting for will come in due time.  There is a time for everything and one thing I have learned is that God is always working behind the scenes perfecting the opportunities that are soon to be ours. Many of us are looking at what we can see, but learning to trust that the things we can not see are always a major consideration for the Creator. These unseen things may include:

  • Our subconscious feelings
  • Unforeseen responsibilities that we may not be prepared for
  • What’s best for our children and all those in our lives
  • Making sure the source of what we will receive is pure
  • Do we have what it takes to sustain the “blessings” that we are WAITING for

The circumstances surrounding our deepest desires are only fully known by our Creator.  We have no way of seeing into the (more…)

What To Do While Waiting Intro

August 5, 2010

Welcome to my “What To Do While Waiting” blog series. I have been collecting some lessons from my experiences with waiting for a couple of years now and it has really been a journey. There have been moments where I have enjoyed waiting and there have been moments where I have literally wanted to pull my hair out. The last side effect I had with waiting was a pesky problem with itching. Yes, I have discovered that when I am forced to wait and I mean really wait that my body will manifest my anxiety in the form of itching. Waiting has always been hard for me, which means that I have been confronted with endless opportunities to wait. Patience, which is the balm that makes waiting bearable, is obviously not in my personality make up, but I have HAD to work very hard to acquire this precious attribute. I have learned in my journey of waiting that to acquire patience you must seek only in truth and love. If you seek something out of the spirit of fear, greed or lack your mind, body and spirit will revolt against you during the “waiting” period. So, in other words if you are struggling with waiting ask yourself,

• Why do you want what you are waiting for?

If your answer is based in truth and love you should have peace while waiting. I know for me, being the baby of the family I was always so well taken care of, but I couldn’t wait for the day to come when (more…)
