What To Do While Waiting #10: Making Choices

When we are waiting for something to happen many times what has preceded is the process of making a choice about something.  When you make a choice about something how many of you really go deep into the body to hear what is being told to you?  NOT MANY.  Most people make choice based on what’s going on in their head.  What if I told you that you can’t trust your head?  Why? Because your head is a dumping ground for everything that has happened in your life.   Your head is only meant to reflect, calculate and mull over decisions that have already been made, but true decision making takes place in the body.   Let me show you an example:
