Reaching Your Goals

Hello everyone!

Wow!  It has been very hot and I have really been digging deep into myself to produce better wellness.  What a journey the last three months have been for me to get to know my 40 year old body all over again.  I have been juicing, working out and eating healthy portions of food and my body is still slow about letting this weight go.  Weight loss is about so much more than fat and body image.  It is a journey that can reveal so much to us about ourselves.

To those of you who desire to take your mind, body and spirit to the next level here are a few tips to send you in the right direction:

Ask yourself these questions:

  1. What is the one thing I need to do that would help me take my life to the next level of success?
  2. Who are the people in my life that will support me on my journey?
  3. What am I willing to give up in order to reach my goal?

Ask those who are close to you:

  1. What is my best quality?
  2. What do you think I need to improve upon?
  3. If I need you to hold me accountable to keep me on track could you be that person?

Pray for:

  1. The ability to be honest with yourself.
  2. The endurance to do whatever it takes to reach your goal.
  3. To pursue your goal in the right spirit and for the right reasons.
